ABOUT TRACE

Trace A. Bartlett has practiced
law in the valley for over 32 years.

Trace A. Bartlett has been a Certified Legal Specialist in Workers'  Compensation  law  since 1995 and often lectures on Workers’ Compensation topics.  He has participated in several Appellate court cases, which have helped shape Workers’ Compensation law in Arizona.  

 

Mr. Bartlett has acheived an AV Rating (AV, the highest possible rating from Martindale Hubbell Peer and Judicial Review).


In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Bartlett has given countless hours of service to his Church, Scouts and 4-H organizations.

 

Trace A. Bartlett earned an Associate's Degree, with highest distinction, from Mesa Community College and a Bachelor's Degree, Cum Laude, from Arizona State University.  He then earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Arizona in 1987, after only 2 1/2 years of study. Since then, Mr. Bartlett has been an Attorney practicing in Workers' Compensation and Personal Injury law.

 

He first began work as an Associate, then a Partner at a law firm in downtown Phoenix until the year 2000, at which time he decided to open his own law office in his home town of Tempe, Arizona.

 

Since that time Mr. Bartlett has worked serving Workers' Compensation and Personal Injury clients, with an eye towards personal service for each individual client.
